STRATEGIC VISIONING: REGENERATIVE SOLUTIONS, INNOVATIVE PLANNING & FOCUSED IMPLEMENTATION
Strategic planning begins with powerful visioning tools to understand strengths and impediments within an organization. MR's methodologies allow organizations/groups to overcome limiting beliefs and unproductive patterns and processes while re-centering the organization’s mission-vision. In this process we not only give space for our highest ideals but we boldly explore the contradictions that threaten the unfolding of the mission, creating realistic strategies that foster real transformation. This process requires at least 15 hours of committed time for successful outcomes however, various aspects of the process can be offered as stand alone solution. It is recommended that the group frames this work as a planning retreat.
HUMYN EMERGENCE IN LEADERSHIP & CULTURE SHIFT PRACTICE
Leadership is a movement practice yet we apply static, hierarchical and unexamined approaches to an over generalized idea of "good leadership" or " best practices". Today's leaders must confront both internal limitations and external biases all while "performing" as leader. Mentoring leaders over time leverages the passion and commitment of their inherent design while offering space for practice, reflection and development.
How do we govern from acceptance, allowance and emergence? How do we speak a common language that fosters self-awareness, personal accountability, collective responsibility? Establishing new language that governs how we witness ourselves, one another and communicate with clarity, vulnerability and curiosity vs. assumption, judgement and defensiveness takes practice and commitment. If adapted, the new language and practice of revealing and speaking from our individual experience can serve to bring personal and collective responsibility for our shared experiences. MR Cohort Development & Practice can last for 6 weeks to over one year. Organizations committed to creating emergent design are invited to retain MR for in-house cohort coaching arrangement.
Dynamic communities and collectives reflect a dynamic range of value systems and related interests. Working from consensus on projects, programs and policies that center shared vision is often so challenging that progress is derailed and intentions, misdirected. Consensus work allows for our common ideas to emerge and steer our actions. This process requires at least 2 hours to complete.
