A SCHOOL OF PRACTICE FOR REGENERATIVE LEADERSHIP, CAPACITY & CULTURAL STEWARDSHIP
The MINDFULRANT Academy is a learning system for individuals and practitioners seeking to deepen their leadership practice at the intersection of climate, culture and care. Our pathways integrate theory, reflection, applied practice and embodied learning, supporting leaders who want to work with integrity over time.
PATHWAYS TO LIBERATION

LIBERATION LAB
SYSTEMS, POWER & COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY

LIBERATION LAB™
SYSTEMS, POWER & COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY

Liberation Lab™ supports leaders, organizers, and practitioners in examining how perception, power, urgency and culture shape systems, governance and collective outcomes. At the core of this pathway is Perceptual Accountability™, a MINDFULRANT methodology that trains leaders to take responsibility for how they interpret, respond to and enact power.
This pathway moves leadership practice from personal awareness into systems-level responsibility.
