CAPACITY & CULTURAL STEWARDSHIP
The MINDFULRANT Academy is a learning system for individuals and practitioners seeking to deepen their leadership practice at the intersection of climate, culture and care. Our pathways integrate theory, reflection, applied practice and embodied learning, supporting leaders who want to work with integrity over time.

THRESHOLD PRACTITIONER™
DEATH, GRIEF, TRANSITION & INITIATORY LEADERSHIP

Threshold centers death doula and grief work as essential leadership practice.
This pathway supports individuals and communities navigating death, dying, endings, loss and irreversible transition—including physical death, identity death, role transitions, land loss, relational endings and collective grief. Rather than treating grief as a private experience or something to be resolved, Threshold recognizes grief as a relational, somatic and leadership-shaping force.Rooted in death doula principles and palliative care ethics, Threshold teaches how to accompany endings with presence, skill and dignity. Participants learn to hold space for grief without rushing resolution, spiritualizing pain or collapsing into urgency. At the leadership level, Threshold explores how unattended grief distorts power, decision-making and organizational culture and how conscious accompaniment of loss allows leaders to steward transitions with greater integrity, patience and care. This pathway is experiential, relational and deeply grounded. Offerings are shaped by the nature of the loss being held and may include individual, collective or situational grief contexts.
