PATHWAY PURPOSE
Radiant Giver supports melanated womyn and community-rooted leaders in transforming patterns of overgiving into empowered, discerning and sustainable contribution.Rather than framing overgiving as a personal flaw or asking participants to give less, this pathway examines overgiving as a learned survival strategy shaped by culture, identity, role conditioning and relational expectations. Participants are supported in restoring choice, agency and self-trust so generosity becomes intentional rather than obligatory.

Radiant Giver centers identity repair and embodied discernment as foundational leadership capacities. Through somatic awareness, relational ethics and archetypal maturation, participants learn to set boundaries without guilt, receive without collapse and lead without self-erasure.This pathway establishes the internal conditions required for ethical leadership: the ability to give from overflow, to say no without rupture and to remain connected to purpose without depletion.
PATHWAY FOCUS:
Identity repair, energetic boundaries, archetypal maturation and leadership re-patterning for melanated womyn and community leaders who have been culturally conditioned to overgive.
